A cluster development of six 360sqm double storey homes on a large subdivided Craighall erf in Johannesburg.  WCSE appointed for five of the units which are split into three types of similar architectural treatment yet varying layouts. The structure is comprised of loadbearing brickwork and structural steel posts supporting rib & block concrete floors and timber roofs
