An 850sqm residence in Waterfall Country Estate on two levels. To aid the architectural design the vertical structure comprised the brickwork and feature off-shutter floating concrete walls, plus isolated slender steel posts. The suspended slabs were insitu concrete and the roof pitched timber rafters supported on sleek steel lintels.
