The project comprises the redevelopment of the St Patricks Rd entrance to King Edward VII School (KES). 

The project consisted of the new entrance canopy, guardhouse and several covered waiting areas for learners. The architectural design was one of exposed facebrick and stone cladding with tiled roofs to blend in with the heritage rich surrounding KES buildings.
