A 700 unit apartment development in the heart of Cape Town, with 1200sqm of landscaped vertical gardens to the tower elevations making it the first biophilic building of its kind in Africa. 

25 stories above ground and several basement levels, conceptualised as a reinforced concrete frame structure with bolt-on structural steel pre-fabricated balconies and tree-pods to the tower.
